MeteoBus Install it on the display

Starting…

With the microphone on, the display dims when the room is quiet and wakes when it hears you, as on the real one. The sound stays in your browser.

Try it in your browser

This is the display's own firmware code, its screens and its forecast, running here with a live forecast from Open-Meteo. Use the mouse, or your finger on a phone, as you would on the display.

Places and settings you choose stay in this browser. The radar, the alert sounds, the brightness and the dimming work here too (the dimming with your microphone; on a phone, moving it wakes the display as picking it up does). Wi-Fi setup and updates need the real display.

Its settings page

The page the display serves to your phone, here talking to the display above: change a place, the units or the language and watch the screen follow. For the dimming, turn the microphone on, then choose Testing under Timing: it dims after 10 s of quiet and turns off after 30.
